The staff was welcoming and the place was reasonably clean. This hotel had a central position close to several bus lines.

It had local food, excellent friendly and affable staff.

It's a straightforward place, clean. The staff is nice and accommodating. The triple room is new-fashioned and huge. It offers very central location, close to a cathedral and a theatre. Every time in San Jose we stay in this hotel.

Overall it was decent size and soundproof with really clean bed.

magnificent location in a crowded area near many restaurants, the centre and airport and other destinations in the country. good breakfast choice with beans and fruits, as example.

Affable and accommodating staff, couldn't ask for more. It was well-equipped, neat and with the towels in the bath made in the shape of swans.

Not very friendly staff!

Perfect location, a bus station was nearby our hotel. The room was well-equipped and comfortable modern, it had excellent wi-fi.

My double room was modern and decent sized. The breakfast was incredibly nice with a good choice of items. The location was magnificent, in the centre of San Jose.

The staff are excellent and accommodating and provide a friendly service. The units are huge, new-fashioned with AC and windows available plus good beds.

Reasonably large and soundproof room and really great bathroom with a shower, hairdryers and towels. Particularly good location, within walking distance of a known plaza. The service was perfect here.

The location was marvellous in a crowded area, not far from main bus station, city centre, and fast food restaurants, convenient stores, local bus transportation and many interesting landmarks like museum, cathedral, plaza, stadium, Tica Bus station all within walking distance.

We were impressed by the location of the hotel, so close to the bus terminal and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room was cozy and clean, with strong A/C and hot water. Despite some noise from the street, it didn't bother us much. we had a pleasant stay at Novo.
